About
I'm a project leader, producer, and Scrum practitioner who helps teams deliver more — together — through collaboration, clarity, and calm execution under pressure. I've managed projects up to $3M for government agencies and private companies, and I currently lead a cross-functional software development team supporting state election systems, where transparency and reliability are mission-critical. I've also produced and directed multiple projects for the National Education Association and the Maryland Department of Labor.
My creative work has been featured on CNN and the BBC, premiered and screened across Netflix and Amazon Prime, and includes an Off-Broadway production. I was part of the Emmy Award–winning team for BET's Rap-It-Up series, led the New Amsterdam Vodka campaign for the International 48 Hour Film Project, and curated a Music Choice station dedicated to spoken word — programming experiences that felt intimate, intentional, and shareable. My short film Weary Blues had its world premiere at the inaugural Black Girls Rock Film Festival.
That curation DNA — the instinct to make complex things feel intentional, intimate, and shareable — powers everything I do. Whether I'm shipping election software, producing a film, writing a children's book, or building a brand strategy, the approach is the same: creative excellence meets disciplined delivery. A lifelong cook and food lover, I'm the author of The Bread Monster, the first book in the Taste Buddies children's cookbook series, with the next installment, Potato Head, on the way. I'm also developing Til It Taste Good, a cookbook rooted in the kitchen traditions that shaped me. That's the foundation of Renard, Rue & Rose, and it's how I work.
